Addicted to diet coke!!?
Ive been told to go on a diet by my GP and one of my biggest downfalls was coke which little did i know was laden with cals, is it ok to drink diet sodas? Like a litre a day?

I drank diet caffeine free coke when I was on Weight Watchers and it has calories, points...try that
