My phone froze ?
WEll i was playing wiht it and then all of aq sudden it turned black and i was putting it near the window so i can see if is was still on and i see like the camera place i was at and i try to tun it off and it wont turn off so wjhat can i do to fux this problem

well, have you gotten it wet? or is it to hot, if it is too hot, easy, just let it sit for a while to cool down. put it on the charger if that doesnt work. sometimes you need to take the battery out for an hour to cool down. if not then just call the phone number of the customer service. it should work with one of those options though. good luck!!!
