Question
Am I the only person on planet Earth who HATES the Wii?
I used to own a Wii when they were coming out with a bunch of great games like Super Mario Galaxy Underrated, The Legend of Zelda and Super Smash Brothers but sold it when crap like Wii Music and Wii Fit started getting more attention with Nintendo than actual games.
Answer
I get what you mean. I sorta hated my Wii when I first got it because all I had was Wii Sports with only Wii remote and a Nunchuck, then I started to like it afterwords when SSBB, Guitar Hero, and all those other games came out. Though I do admit I kinda dont like the friend code thing. Im not sure how you add friends on the Xbox or PS since I do not own any of them, but they probably should have made some slight changes here and there. And yeah, I do agree with you on the graphics, they do seem pretty lame, but at least the game play was good. And I too wished they wouldve added in the DVD player. As for the name for the console, they were going to name it Nintendo Revolution, but what Ive heard is that they name it Wii because the Japanese couldnt really find a way to say it, in their language or they had a hard time pronouncing it in English. Plus, what would they call the Miis? Would they still call them Miis? Im not so sure. brbrI pretty much got tired of Wii Sports myself after a week or two, but at least it kept me busy playing and enjoying what the Wii is capable of doing until I could save up enough money to buy another game. As for Wii Fit and Wii Music, well I cant say much about them since I dont own neither of them, but say that it should be enjoyable to those who like to play music or do yoga etc. brbrMy overall point, is no, you are not the only person that hates the Wii. There are many Wii haters out there. Not everybody will like the Wii or the PS or Xbox , due to the games, game play, graphics, controlling etc. There are always some ups and down sides to every game and gaming system, they are not all perfect to some of those who look up to the games.
