Answer ASAP PLEASE!! if a cell phone is out of service and you text that phone, will the person be able to see
your text messege if they phone finally gets service?

ok no when its out of service they dont get them but sometimes when it comes back on they get the message but not always this has happened to me my friends text me and if i dont have service when they text me i dont get the message but then again sometimes i do but dont hold it against him if he gave you his number he wanted you to have it so its probably that he didnt get the message
